An aviation degree at PUC comes with some unique advantages. With an average of 282 sunny days per year you’re sure to log more flight hours than typical students in other programs and you’ll log them flying over the most incredible scenes; forested mountains, rocky beaches, and colorful vineyards.

In 2021, the median annual wage for airline pilots, copilots, and flight engineers was $134,630.
The flight program is great and rewarding. The program director is more than willing to help students meet their goals in the industry.

As a kid, Rick Harter watched Top Gun for the first time and decided then and there he wanted to fly. “Without hesitation, my dad told me I absolutely could become a pilot someday,” Harter recalls. “He told me if I worked hard, I could fly around in jets when I grew up and I thought that was so awesome!”
